At Expressive Systems we take privacy very seriously. Throughout the data collection process, all necessary steps are taken to ensure that data is used only according to the purposes that we have clearly stated. We are aware that sensitive personal data such as email addresses must be safeguarded from improper use.
In general use, no personal data is collected or required by Expressive Systems during your use of this web site. You may however be asked to give us your name, address, or email address in order for us to provide you with certain services; for example, if you wish to download demonstration versions of our software, receive on-line updates etc.
All data collected by Expressive Systems is regulated by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The company is duly registered as a data collector for various purposes under the Act. In accordance with the Act, we must state those purposes here. In the case of Expressive Systems, data collected may be used for two purposes.
